Fantari® is quite simply the dance-fitness journey of a lifetime!

Fantari® brings you the fantasy of dance from around the world and blends this with exercise.  It’s exhilarating and magical and endeavours to help each person fulfil their potential, boosting self confidence and self esteem.

Burn calories and tone your body in a way that’s fun and rewarding, learning authentic dance moves from around the world which have been cleverly incorporated into a fitness class.  

Importantly, there’s no pressure, no exams just lots of fun.  If you’re used to pushing yourself to the limit, there’s the opportunity to do this, however, if you want or need to be gentle with yourself this class offers you the choice.

Fantari®  is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.  If you’ve never danced or exercised
before but always wanted to, this could be your opportunity, or perhaps you’d like to
return to a dance environment.

Whatever your reasons, you’ll find Fantari®  is just what you’re looking for and will inspire you to work
towards the body you’ve always wanted in a unique and creative way.  You will be guided and shown patiently how to dance, move and feel your body strengthen and improve as you are taken through the different moves and dance steps.

You will learn to understand how certain moves affect your body, increasing your stamina, flexibility and endurance bringing about a full mind/body experience.

You don’t need a partner for Fantari®   as we travel around the world with dance.  Like any tourist, you will find many friends along your dance fitness journey.  Your passport to achievement starts here.
